The history of the Odessa school – boarding school No. 93 for blind children is rooted in the nineteenth century. Today more than 70 children study and live in this educational institution.

Pupils of boarding school No. 93 have big problems with eyes, some of the children see absolutely nothing. Some children grow up without parents –  teachers of  this boarding school are their main family.

Today, boarding school No. 93 has an extensive list of problems:

– replacement of old windows with new ones (including the installation of mosquito nets);

– rebuilding of the old bathroom place;

– replacement of the road surface;

– rebuilding of the facade and roof;

– purchase and installation of a children’s playground;

– equipping the gym of physiotherapy exercises with the necessary trainers.

And this is not the whole list of urgently needed. Сhildren should study and live in comfortable conditions. Especially children who are already forced to struggle with the hardships of fate.
